Note On Mail
I don't think my school checks its mail very often, so don't send things to CEG Daagbe anymore... just go with the address for Cotonou (the one on the side of this page).

My son was a PCV in Benin from 2005-2007. He was posted at Pahou, just west of Contonou.
I used to read a variety of blogs during that time. Last night I watched the Amazing Race where the contestants were in Accra, Ghana, for the entire episode. Made me think of Benin again.
We visited Garrett after he had been there about 18 months. It was the most exciting vacation I have ever taken (bucket showers and all).
I happened upon your blog on a day off work. Hang in there. And you write well!
